PROFILE

I am a stage designer who has devoted my career to the creation of Chinese theatrical works. For me, design is not just a craft but a continuous search – an exploration of how stage space can speak beyond words. I believe that the most resonant stage design is one that creates an emotionally charged environment, where the drama and the audience can meet, connect and empower without the need for explanation. This belief guides every choice I make: to distill, to suggest, and to trust the power of space. The craft of stage design is a quiet and holy pursuit, one I follow with all humility and conviction.
