TBILISI BIENNALE OF STAGE DESIGN 2018 – PRESS RELEASE On 11-18 October 2018, the Second Edition of Tbilisi Biennale of Stage Design will be held by Valerian Gunia Union of Young Theatre Artists – the OISTAT National Centre of Georgia.
