Neringa Keršulytė is the exuberant theater and film artist. In 1996-2001 she studied scenography at Vilnius Academy of Arts and obtained her master’s degree in Arts. The artist created her most important works for puppet theater performances, tried her hand at directing, and worked as an assistant director at Vilnius Theater “Lėlė” (1991-1995). N. Keršulytė has won awards for the best artist’s work for the play “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” (Vilnius Theater “Lėlė”), in 2004, at the international puppet theater festivals in Alytus (“Kite”) and Lomza (Poland); she was also nominated for the film award “Silver Crane” (2022, 2023). Neringa is the winner of “Golden Stage Cross” awards (2022). This artist is a visual storyteller and researcher of theater. Her work, distinguished by its frugality and clarity, focuses on the stage space, which is not intended for practical purposes, but for conveying the experiences of characters and which creates a verbal narrative.
